Breakfast Wrap

Just your classic omelette inside a tortilla wrap. You can add any ingredients you like to a couple of beaten eggs and a splash of milk! Make sure to prep and have ready any extra ingredients like bacon bits or chunks of ham, veggies, grated cheese and spices.  Fry up any meat you have to add in. I cut up hot dogs into 1/2 inch coins. I prepped and chopped  grated cheese, red peppers, green onions to add to the meat.   Add all the ingredients to your beaten eggs, milk, and add salt and peppers desired. Using your favourite frying pan 😉 Melt 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.  Once all the butter has melted and the pan has warmed up, add egg mixture. Let the omelette cook. Crispy Breaded Zucchini Coins

I came across this recipe by @damn_delicious one day. Check our her other dishes & if you’re a dog lover like I am,  you’ll love her Instagram stories. Follow her little corgi Butters on his daily adventures with mom and dad. He is adorable and has such a cheeky personality! 🐶 With this recipe I ardded a few things to the panko bread crumbs. Salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary. They turned out great! Don’t forget to lightly salt them once fried. A great addition to these golden coins would be a creamy garlic or ranch dip! Yummy! 😁 First prep your flour,  beaten eggs, and bread crumbs   Submerge them into your egg mixture making sure they get fully coated and let excess drain off a bit before covering them in bread crumbs!       You might have to push the bread crumbs down for a thick and even layer.  Repeat with all your zucchini coins and set aside till your ready to fry.      ...
